Event Registration

In consideration of permission granted me or my child(ren) to participate in, be a spectator or to attend or take part, in any manner, in any practice or event on the properties owned by Lonnie and/or Patty (Patricia) Wright including Rockin’ Horse Ranch Arenas and lands surrounding them. I release and discharge Rockin’ Horse Ranch, Inc., its agents, employees, and officers, including, but not limited to Lonnie and/or Patty (Patricia) Wright, for all claims, demands, actions, judgements, and executions that the undersigned may have, or which the undersigned’s heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have, against Rockin’ Horse Ranch, Inc., its agents, employees, and officers, including, but not limited to Lonnie and/or Patty (Patricia) Wright, its successors or assigns, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, and injuries to property, real or personal, caused by, or arising out of all events and it related activities for the date of this signing forward and forever.

I have read this release and understand all its terms. I execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
